Whether you want to bring your own blooms and work independently or have a professional designer by your side the whole time, we have a package built for you. You’ll leave with gorgeous flowers — and a memory you’ll talk about long after the wedding.

It depends on the package! The Basic, Basic Plus, and Premium packages are designed for you to bring your own flowers and supplies (with additional supplies available on-site). The Premium Plus package includes all flowers and supplies provided by The Bloom Room — fully processed and stored until your session. Not sure which is right for you? Yes — and it’s one of our favorite parts of the experience. The Basic Plus package includes a designer to guide your whole session. The Premium package offers the option to add a designer for $250. Either way, you’re in good hands.
We recommend scheduling your session within 72 hours of your wedding day so your flowers are as fresh as possible on the big day. Our floral coolers will keep them in great shape in the meantime.
The Bloom Room has professionally maintained floral coolers to store your finished flowers until your wedding day. We check on them daily and will let you know right away if we notice any concerns. Please note that for flowers purchased from outside sources, we can care for them once they arrive but can’t be responsible for their condition prior to drop-off.
Yes! Delivery of your finished wedding flowers is available for an additional fee. Just ask about this option when you inquire.
Of course! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks and make a real event of it. Our neighbors in Missouri Plaza — Blarney Stone and Tacos Uno — also offer catering if you’d rather order in. Alcoholic beverages are welcome with a $100 licensing fee.
